Guest picks up begins at 9.45am from Mittagong Railway Station followed by Bowral Railway Station as well as any groups staying locally by prior arrangement.
The day will start with a visit to Centennial Vineyards, located just outside the bustling township of Bowral. This stunning setting, overlooking the vineyard is where you will embark on a sensory experience and immerse yourself in our world of the Southern Highlands noble varietal ‘Pinot Noir’. You’ll taste your way through 9 different styles of Pinot from their Southern Highlands estate, learn about wine appreciation, wine making and food & wine pairing.
Following this masterclass, we will drive to Southern Highlands Winery. A Modern, fresh and spacious venue once again overlooking the picturesque vineyard. Here we enjoy a delicious two course lunch – inspired by the owner’s Italian heritage – and experience a wine tasting. This is tour is all about taking your time and really diving into the flavours of the region.
The third and final stop of the day is a private wine tasting at Dawning Day, Exeter. Mike and Katrina’s dream was to combine their passion for wine, viticulture and winemaking with their desire to help those in less fortunate situations. Dawning Day give 10% of all revenues generated by wine sales to help those that are in need. Come and try this new small batch wine producers Pinot Noir.
You finish the day happy in the hue of great cool climate wines and a full of delicious local produce.
