Guest picks up begins at 9.45am from Mittagong Railway Station followed by Bowral Railway Station as well as any groups staying locally by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firstly we make our way to the picturesque Artemis Winery. Don\u2019t be fooled by the term \u2018wine\u2019 as it\u2019s much more than that with beers available for tasting, as well as the well-known gins and rums, which are made using age old methods and hands-on techniques to produce the finest spirits in traditional pot stills. All of the spirits are hand bottles and packaged at the winery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next stop is in Mittagong at Eden Brewery. Sample craft beer freshly brewed in the Southern Highlands, with the highest quality ingredients. With a continually changing range, you will be surprised and delighted with the options available during your tasting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What goes better with beer than a burger? Whilst enjoying a paddle of tastings on-site, you can grab one of these damn good burgers, crafted by Boozy Burgers, which feature pickles freshly pickled in the Eden Brewery Beer and locally sourced mince, right from the paddock. With a range of burger options, there is something for everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We finish with a visit to the Taphouse in Moss Vale the home of Southern Highlands Brewing. In their ultra contemporary venue we enjoy not only a taste of local craft beers but also some of the Joadja Distillery spirits made in the Old Scottish Shale Mining Village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
