All tour fares are inclusive of GST (Taxes). Highlands Food & Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, amend fares, itineraries and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport or use associated tour operators as required. Refunds are not available for wet or changing weather conditions. Prices shown are in Australian currency and are subject to change with out notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlands Food & Wine Tours cannot and does not take any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any matter for any tour components not operated by Highlands Food & Wine Tours. Highlands Food & Wine Tours does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property. A minimum of ten (10) passengers are required for our scheduled tours to proceed \u2013 unless permission from Highlands Food &  Wine Tours is otherwise received. All tours are escorted by an experienced host\/driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlands Food & Wine Tours are non smoking and no pets are allowed in our vehicles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Tour Variations \/ Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To confirm your place in a tour or your group booking 50% deposit is required as soon as possible. Your booking cannot be confirmed until this deposit is received. Full payment for group bookings is required 30 days before the date of the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tour variations may occur due to extreme weather conditions, other tourism operator closures, last minute changes received from other tourism operators or traffic disruptions. If any of these circumstances should arise, Highlands Food & Wine Tours will revise the itinerary to impact as little as possible on the remainder of the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Cancellation Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all bookings made with Highlands Food & Wine Tours the following cancellation charges apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* For all cancellations 15% admin fee will be charged on total tour amount<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* For cancellations between between 7 -30 days before the tour date 50% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* For cancellations with less than 7 days notice or \u201cno show\u201d 100% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Information Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Highlands Food & Wine Tours. If you provide us with your email or postal address, we will ask you if we can use it to send you updates on the latest Highlands Food & Wine Tours products and promotions.
